Bill & Cathy Fallis never had a lifelong dream of opening a tasting room and wine bar. No, it all started a few years ago when we were hanging out on a Sunday afternoon and wanted to find a casual but elegant place to grab a glass of wine. One with good music and a conversation-friendly atmosphere. But we didn't want to go somewhere that required us to be wine experts, spend a lot of money, or even talk about wine if we didn't want to. We looked hard. We found nothing. We ended up having a glass of wine with a friend that owned a local bottle shop & winebar. He told us he was getting out of the business. The more we thought about it (It was the only place around town to have a glass of wine at the time), the more we realized we should just open the place back up ourselves. We knew we were crazy to even think about starting a new business in this economy but then we are kinda crazy people. That is how VINE TASTINGS was born. We hope our vision is what you want and you enjoy it as much as we do.

That's the whole point of all this, isn't it? We created a casual, comfortable place for you to kick back and relax. The rest is up to you! If however, you're enjoyment of your wine is accented with detailed discussions about the wine we have a fully informed staff that can assist you with any wine question you might have. And if you stump them we'll give the Wine Maker themselves a call, if they're not in the Wine Bar already enjoying their wine like yourself.
